Built by people who kept rewriting the same idea five times a week
Yehiji Sutami started as an internal workflow document before it became a webinar series. The problem it addresses is a familiar one for anyone producing content on a small team.
Where the idea came from
The series began after several years of watching content teams do the same thing: research a topic thoroughly, publish one strong piece, and then quietly let the rest of its potential go unused. Not because the ideas weren't good enough for other formats, but because turning a long article into a video script or an email sequence felt like starting over.
That repetition is what led to the first version of a repurposing framework, tested internally across a handful of content calendars before it became the basis for this webinar series. The goal was never to add more work. It was to make the work already done stretch further.
Who the sessions are for
Most attendees are one of two kinds of teams. Either a single content creator managing several channels alone, or a marketing team of two to five people where nobody has a dedicated repurposing role. Both groups tend to face the same bottleneck: quality slips the moment content gets adapted quickly for a new channel.
Sessions are designed with that constraint in mind. Nothing assumes a large team, a dedicated video editor, or a paid design tool that a smaller operation might not have access to.

Research stays the foundation
Every repurposing technique taught here assumes the original piece was researched properly. The series doesn't teach shortcuts around research, only around format.
Format, not filler
A repurposed piece should feel built for its channel, not stretched or padded to fill a template. Sessions focus on what changes and what should stay untouched.
Respect for limited time
Every framework taught is scoped to what a one or two person team can realistically maintain week over week, not what a large in-house studio could produce.
Clarity over volume
Publishing more formats isn't the goal by itself. The goal is publishing the right number of formats without lowering the standard of any single one.
Repurposing shouldn't feel like translation work. It should feel like giving the same idea room to reach people where they already are.
